Permanent Gap Year

Welcome to the Permanent Gap Year

Learning without borders. Living without limits.

What if college didn’t end in four years—but traveled with you across a lifetime?

Permanent Gap Year is more than a book series—it’s a mindset. Created by global traveler and author Neil Greer, it reimagines traditional subjects like economics, psychology, and history through the lens of lived experience in over 70 countries.

From bustling markets to ancient ruins, from policy debates in Berlin to personal insights from Shanghai, each book blends academic rigor with real-world immersion.
